Empowerment Through Connection
Our mission is to empower individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis by providing essential resources, support, and a sense of community. We believe that a fulfilling life is attainable, and we work tirelessly to instill hope and facilitate growth among those we serve.

Jillian's Story
Jillian was born with Cystic Fibrosis at shortly after birth due to a meconium ileus, a positive indication that she had cystic fibrosis (CF). Doctors told her parents she would live until age 5. Today, Jillian is beating the odds and has lived well beyond the years that doctors has once thought. Her mission now, is to pay it forward!

The “Miracle Drug”
In 2019, researchers and doctors described the new drug Trikfta as a “miracle drug” as it has helped roughly 90% of the CF population. There still remains 10% of the population that does not have a medication that to help with longevity.

Always out of breath
At this time, Jillian could not walk to the bathroom without getting out of breath. She required 24/7 supplemental oxygen and had to be on a Bipap ventilator during the day and a Cpap machine at night to help give my lungs a break.

Pre-Transplant
Pre-Transplant, in 2019, Jillian traveled to Spectrum Health Transplant Center in Grand Rapids Michigan with my mother and sister for a second transplant evaluation.

Post-Transplant
August 29, 2020 post-transplant at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
